Brooke Estren, Esq. is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent working at NovaStar Properties, LLC. She is also the founding partner of the Law Firm, Estren & Associates, PLLC and is duly licensed to practice Law in Florida and New York and is the Principal of La Playa Title, LLC, a full service Title Agency. She handles a wide variety of business and corporate matters as well as all areas of real estate, both residential and commercial, with an emphasis on real estate transactions.
Ms. Estren spent the first part of her career as an attorney representing major developers in their acquisition, financing, drafting and preparation of their offering plans and all amendments and ultimately the negotiation and closing of thousands of new construction luxury apartments in Manhattan. Ms. Estren has represented a variety of clients in connection with mixed-use, commercial and residential developments.
Her law practice now focuses on drafting and negotiating contracts for the sale and purchase of commercial properties, multi-family properties, residential and commercial cooperatives, condominium units and single-family homes. She also reviews, negotiates and prepares long term commercial and residential leases and any ancillary agreements necessary. She acts as general counsel to many small corporations and companies in assisting with their day to day business needs.

Ms. Estren is active within the legal community and has sat on many local committees including the Real Estate CLE Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar Association of which she has spoken as a CLE educator on Real Estate topics.
